In our organic garden, tomatoes, zucchini, aromatic herbs, flowers, and many other vegetables thrive, cared for with natural treatments, organic fertilizers, and water from our springs.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Each harvest brings fresh, wholesome produce to the table, and our guests can experience firsthand the care of the land and the unmistakable flavors of the countryside.<\/p>\n

Our truffle-ground<\/strong> represents a unique natural and cultural heritage<\/strong>, the fruit of our local truffle tradition.<\/p>\n

It is much more than a forest: it is a story of rebirth, of ancient roots, and of the future.<\/p>\n

Even the valley’s fields, once silent and uncultivated, today hold a new beginning: a place where truffle spores have entered into symbiosis with young oaks and holm oaks<\/strong>, ready to yield their precious fruits over time.<\/p>\n

Its management is carried out in collaboration with expert truffle growers and diggers, to ensure optimal conditions for the growth of top-quality summer truffles (scorzone).<\/p>\n
