Among the hills and the woods of the Chiani River valley, at the center of a network of mapped trails to discover the surrounding villages and landscapes, you’ll find a simple and welcoming place where you can breathe in the fresh air and rediscover the pleasures of genuine living.
We offer private rooms and bed accommodations in shared dormitories, all with private bathrooms, as well as shared spaces designed for socializing: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a large garden where you can enjoy the sun and tranquility.
Start your day with our breakfast made with our fresh, locally-grown ingredients and discover our farm’s products, perfect also for those who prefer cooking by themselves.

Agri-Hostel
Our common areas
Our shared spaces are places where you can relax, socialize, and fully experience the Umbrian countryside.
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen to cook: you can use the fresh, local produce from our farm or your own.
The living room with fireplace is ideal for reading, chatting, or enjoying the warmth of winter evenings.
Outside, the large garden welcomes you to sunbathe, enjoy a snack outdoors, or let the sounds of nature lull you to sleep.
Each common area is designed to make you feel at home, even away from home.
The common living room
A large table is available for your meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sofas for relaxing, a fireplace for warming up in the winter, and a well-stocked bookcase.
The common kitchen
A six-burner stove and a large oven, a table and a stainless steel sink, the dishwasher and everything you need to prepare your meals.
The garden
A large garden is available for our guests to enjoy the view of our valley, together with a large table under a veranda, a stone circle where to light a fire, benches, swings, and a pond surrounded by flowers and plants.
In our agri-hostel you will find everything you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Our rates include fresh sheets, blankets, towels, natural soaps, heating, and hot water.
Hairdryers, cribs or cots for infants can be made available upon request to ensure a comfortable stay for the whole family.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
